What is the fifth dimension?
The Fifth Dimension is the dimension above time.
An example of 1 Dimension is a line. An object that only has length.
An example of 2 Dimensions is a square. An object with length and width.
An example of 3 dimensions is a cube. An object that has length, width and height.
An example of 4 dimensions is a human life. An object that can be measured via length, width, height and time elapsed.
We, as humans, are a 3 dimensional object unstoppably traveling through the dimension of time so, so far we can say for sure that we definitely have experienced 4 dimensions.
But if you believe in Math.
Then the next mathematically logical conclusion, in following this pattern, would be that a 5 dimensional entity would be one in which the x-axis, y-axis, z-axis, and TIME axis, are all navigable, measurable, and possibly even malleable. Theoretically, a 5 dimensional entity could easily view our entire life at once, as in the time-space continuum.
It is up for debate whether a fifth dimension exists in our universe. Quantum physics supposedly proves 11 such dimensions, while some traditional scientists suggest it cannot be proven and therefore should be dismissed.
